Lagree is a high intensity/low impact, full body, core, muscular strength, and muscle endurance training program designed for men and women of all ages and fitness abilities. Exercises on the Megaformer are modifiable, therefore Lagree Fitness is adaptable to all fitness levels.
Tone Fitness Studio does not require you to start with a private session if you are a beginner. Our Certified Instructors will explain the Megafomer to you, coach you throughout class, and offer modifications to suit your fitness level.
Yes. While a Beginner’s Class is not required as a first time client, it is a great place to become familiar with the exercises, the tempo of class, and the Megaformer. The Beginner's Class is optional. All levels are welcomed and encouraged.
New Members, please arrive 10 minutes before class.
- Grip Socks. Grip socks are required for Lagree Classes. If you do not own a pair of Grip Socks, they are available for purchase at the studio.

The workout is designed to bring your muscles to failure. Depending on your fitness level and the intensity of your workout, you will need more or less time to recover in between classes. We recommend 2 – 4 classes per week to allow your body to properly recover and repair.
If class is full, add yourself to the waitlist. You will be notified by email or text if you are added to the class before the 12 hour cancellation window.Think of signing up on a wait list as the same as signing up for a class. If you can not make it to the class, please remember to remove yourself from the waitlist or the class at least 12 hours prior to class to avoid any cancellation charges.
